Our in-house machines are good at firmly embedding the brush wire into the plastic roller, ensuring its stability during cleaning operations. In addition, we can manufacture metal shafts of various sizes according to customer requirements in order to rotate the brush as required.
Customizable details
1. There are two types of cylindrical conveyor brushes: those with a shaft and those without a shaft.
2. The outer diameter ranges from 60 mm to 600 mm. 3. The inner diameter starts at 5mm.
4. The length of the cylindrical brush varies from 5 mm to 2800 mm.
5. Base materials include wood, PVC, plastic, nylon, aluminum, etc.
6. Brush density can be selected as low, medium or high.
7. Brushes or brush ropes can be made of various materials such as nylon, polypropylene, natural fiber, PVC, animal hair, steel wire (including stainless steel wire and copper wire), etc.
8. The bristles come in different thicknesses and can be customized for soft or hard brushes.
